Position Summary
Our San Antonio team is looking for a motivated and results-oriented sales professional to develop and support a portfolio of clients within the ready-mix concrete market. This position requires more than just selling-it involves taking responsibility for the entire customer journey, ensuring projects run smoothly from initial quoting through completion by working closely with internal teams.

Core Responsibilities

  • Strengthen relationships with current clients while identifying opportunities to expand business within assigned accounts.
  • Interpret construction drawings and specifications to develop accurate material estimates and pricing proposals.
  • Serve as the main contact for customers, providing guidance and support throughout each phase of their projects.
  • Partner with logistics and operations teams to coordinate deliveries and maintain project timelines.
  • Address and resolve on-site challenges or service concerns quickly to keep projects on track.
  • Monitor upcoming work, active projects, and regional market trends to support planning and forecasting efforts.
  • Assist with account management by ensuring timely payments and adherence to established credit limits.
  • Stay actively engaged in the field through routine visits to project locations.

Qualifications and Experience

  • At least three years of experience in construction materials, concrete, or a related industry is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and jobsite coordination.
  • Proven ability to establish trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment that requires quick thinking and problem resolution.
  • Highly driven with a competitive mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in standard business software such as Microsoft Office applications.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including early starts, longer days, and occasional weekends based on project needs.
